Brussels Sprouts Salad with Crispy Bacon

Ingredients

 1 kg Brussels Sprouts, trimmed
 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
  cup Pine Nuts, toasted

Method

Slice Brussels sprouts thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline, then transfer them to a large bowl.

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook for 5 minutes until it turns crispy. Introduce garlic and stir for 30 seconds until it becomes aromatic.

Add the sliced brussels sprouts into the pan and cook, stirring continuously, for about 3 minutes until they become vibrant green and begin to soften.

Transfer the cooked mixture to a serving bowl, season it with a pinch of salt and pepper, generously top it with pine nuts, and finish by drizzling refreshing lemon juice over it.
