Marmalade Glazed Ham

Ingredients

1 D'Orsogna Cooked on the Bone Premium Leg Ham Half
1 cup Orange marmalade
¼ cup Honey
½ cup Orange juice
Cloves for studding

Method

Preheat oven your 200°C. In a saucepan, add marmalade, honey, and orange juice and stir to combine then cook on high heat for 5 minutes until glaze has thickened. Set to the side to cool down.

Take a knife and score the ham fat in a diamond pattern before covering it with aluminum foil.

Place the prepared ham onto a wire rack before adding it to a large baking dish. Push the cloves into the diamond shape then brush on the marmalade glaze over the ham. Bake in the oven for approximately 40-50 minutes, brushing the marmalade glaze on the ham every 10 minutes until the ham is golden.
