Ham Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

6 D’Orsogna Premium Jarrah Honey Ham Off The Bone slices, torn
8 Baby potatoes
60 g Baby rocket
2 Red apples, sliced
2 Green apples, sliced
2 Celery sticks, chopped
½ cup Walnut crumbs
½ cup Honey mustard salad dressing

Method

Cook the baby potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain the cooked potatoes and set them aside to cool. Cut into quarters.

Arrange the rocket, apples, celery, D'Orsogna Australian Jarrah Honey Ham Off The Bone and potatoes on a large serving platter.

Sprinkle with walnut crumbs. Drizzle with dressing. Serve sprinkled with chives.
