Aussie Style Rissoles with Bacon

Ingredients

125 D'Orsogna Shortcut Bacon, finely chopped
400 g Beef mince
125 g Corn kernals canned, drained
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
2 tbsp Barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Fresh chives, freshly chopped

Method

In a large bowl, mix together mince, corn, bacon, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, chives, salt, and pepper. With clean hands, shape the mixture into four 2cm-thick rissoles and place them on a plate.

In a large frying pan, add a little oil then cook the rissoles over medium-high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until they are thoroughly cooked.

Serve with your favourite vegetables and tomato sauce.
