Begin by slicing the jalapeños in half lengthwise and carefully removing all the seeds. Set the prepared jalapeños aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and shredded cheese. Mix until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
Next, take each halved jalapeño and fill it with about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture. After stuffing the jalapeños, wrap each one with a slice of bacon, ensuring they are completely covered.
For the air fryer: Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in two batches. Air fry at 190°C for 12-14 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and the bacon is crispy.
For the oven: Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a large baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the bacon is cooked to your liking. Enjoy!
