Chorizo, Garlic & Parsley Spaghetti

Ingredients

200 g D'Orsogna Chorizo, diced
350 g Dried Spaghetti
1 ½ tsp Garlic Paste
30 g Parmesan
2 tbsp Dried Parsley

Method

In a large saucepan, cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until it reaches an al dente texture. Drain the pasta, making sure to reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid.

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat until hot. Add the chorizo to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes or until it becomes crispy. Next, add the garlic, cooked pasta, and reserved cooking liquid to the pan. Toss everything together and cook for about 2 minutes, ensuring the pasta is well combined and heated through.

Transfer the cooked pasta onto serving plates. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese then garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
