Ham Crusted Eggs

Ingredients

 200 g D'Orsogna Premium Australian Jarrah Honey Ham Off The Bone
 6 g slices cheese of choice
 6 eggs
 Toast, tomato, sauces etc., to serve

Method

Line the hole of 12 hole muffin tray with the ham.

Add a slice of cheese.

Crack an egg on to the ham and cheese.

Bake in a 160°C oven for 20 mins or until the egg whites are cooked. Remove from the oven and loosen the outside edges of the ham with a knife. They will then easily come out. Serve with toast, tomato and sauces.
