Halloween-Style Taco Dip

Ingredients

 225 g Cream cheese, softened
 2 cups Sour cream
 ¾ cup Water
¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
2 Roma tomatoes seeds removed, diced
 2 Taco seasoning packs
 ¼ cup Corindar
 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
 Avocado dip
 ½ cup Sliced black olives

Method

1

Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl, beating until smooth. Stir in one packet of taco seasoning until fully mixed.

2

Spread this creamy mixture evenly on the bottom of a medium-sized baking dish and refrigerate it while you get the chorizo ready.

3

In a large pan, cook diced chorizo over medium heat until it turns a delicious golden hue. Drain any excess grease and then stir in water and another packet of taco seasoning. Cook until the mixture thickens a bit. Let it cool for a short while.

4

Now, spread the cooked chorizo mixture over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, onions, coriander, and olives over the chorizo.

5

Create a circle of avocado dip in the center of the layered dip. To make the spider web, use mayonnaise to draw lines of the web.

6

For the finishing touch, take an olive, slice it in half, and then cut each half into three pieces to make the spider's legs. Slice another olive in half to create the body. Place the olive spider body in the center of the dip and arrange the olive legs around it.
