Monster Bacon Burger

Ingredients

 4 Beef Burger Pattie
 4 Hamburger Buns
 8 Stuffed green olives
 1 Large onion, sliced
 1 Tomato, sliced
 1 Cucumber, sliced
 4 Cheese slices, sliced in 4 triangles
 1 Iceberg lettuce, washed
 8 Toothpicks
 Tomato sauce to serve
 Mustard to serve

Method

Add a little spooky fun to a dinner classic with this Monster Bacon Burger using our Streaky Bacon for a tongue and olives for eyes!

Add oil to a frying pan and grill the hamburger pattie until golden brown. Cut each cheese slice into 4 thin triangles to look like teeth, then add 4 cheese triangles to each cooked hamburger pattie on low heat with a lid on top until the cheese has melted slightly. Remove each cooked hamburger pattie and set aside.

Add to the same frying pan the 4 slices of D'Orsogna Streaky Bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Slice your hamburger buns in half and add your preferred sauces to the top bun before adding cucumber, burger pattie with cheese, D'Orsogna Streaky Bacon, onion and lettuce to complete each burger.

Remove 8 green olives from the jar then add a toothpick into each green olive. Once you've added the toothpicks to each olive, add them to the top bun of every burger then serve.
