Pizza Capricciosa

Ingredients

70 g D'Orsogna Premium Australian Ham off the Bone, shaved
1 Pizza Base
¼ cup Tomato Paste
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Water
½ Garlic Clove, finely minced
⅛ tsp Dried Parsley
½ tsp Dried Basil
⅛ tsp Dried Oregano
1 ⅓ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
½ cup Artichoke
3 Button Mushrooms, cut into slices
¼ cup Kalamata Olives, sliced

Set your oven to 250°C for both fan and standard.

To prepare the pizza sauce in a small bowl, combine tomato paste, salt, white sugar, water, garlic, and dried herbs. Mix well and set aside.

Spread the prepared pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges. Sprinkle cheese first, then arrange ham randomly over the surface. Add olives, artichoke slices, and mushrooms.

Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating it halfway through at the 4-minute mark. Remove when the cheese is beautifully golden and the crust is perfectly crispy.
