Prosciutto Crostini with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

100 g D'Orsogna Prosciutto
1 Fresh Baguette Stick
225 g Burrata Cheese
3 cup Cherry Tomatoes, diced
1 tsp Minced Garlic
½ cup Balsamic Glaze
5 Fresh Basil Leaves

Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C

Combine olive oil and garlic in a small bowl, then apply the mixture to the slices using a brush.

Bake bread slices for 2-3 minutes until the bread becomes crusty and lightly browned.

Once the toasted slices have cooled, add the diced cherry tomatoes over each piece of toasted bread.

Separate the burrata into pieces and place them on each slice. Add layers of prosciutto on top of the burrata and finish by drizzling each slice with balsamic glaze.

Garnish with slices of fresh basil and enjoy!
