The Ultimate Cheesy Toastie

Ingredients

300 g D'Orsogna Leg Ham
4 Wholemeal or Mixed Grain Sourdough
4 Provolone Cheese
75 g Cheddar
8 Pickled Artichokes (in olive oil)
English Hot Mustard
Radicchio leaves

Method

Apply a generous layer of hot mustard onto two slices of bread. Top each of these slices with layers of D'Orsogna Leg Ham, assorted cheeses, and pickled artichokes.

Place the remaining bread slices on top. Brush the upper side with a bit of oil from the artichokes. Transfer it to the hot press and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese becomes gooey and delightful.

Unfold the sandwiches, fill them with radicchio, close, and enjoy!
