Triple Smoked Ham and Egg Filo Tart

Ingredients

100 g D'Orsogna Triple Smoked Ham
4 Filo Pastry Sheets
6 Eggs
100 ml Thickened Cream
1 Onion
½ cup Grated Cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Method

Line a rectangle slice tin with the 5 sheets of filo pastry, overlapping them

In a bowl, mix together 4 of the eggs along with the cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.

Pour over the filo pastry. Tear pieces of the D'Orsogn Triple Smoked Ham over the egg mix.

Crack the remaining eggs on top and place into a preheated 180 degrees delicious oven to bake for 30-45 minutes or until it bounces back when touched.
