Zucchini, Ham and Cheese Roll

Ingredients

 2 zucchini
 3 whisked eggs
 2 cups shredded parmesan
 150 g D'Orsogna Brothers Double Smoked Ham Off the Bone
 1 cup spreadable cheddar cheese

Method

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Begin by adding to a large bowl, zucchini, eggs and parmesan and mix to combine everything together.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for about the required time or until the mixture is cooked evenly. Once done, remove the tray from the oven and transfer the zucchini bake onto a cutting board.

Next, spread 1 cup of spreadable cheddar cheese on top of the baked zucchini mixture. Layer 150g of D'Orsogna Brothers Double Smoked Ham Off the Bone on top of the cheese. Roll up the mixture tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Once chilled, remove it from the fridge and slice it for serving.
