Hot Honey Bacon Breakfast Quesadilla
Looking for a brekkie that comes together in one pan? Crispy hot honey bacon, melty cheese and soft egg all folded into a golden tortilla. Simple ingredients, big flavour and minimal effort.
🛒 INGREDIENTS:
100g @dorsognasmallgoods Hot Honey Streaky Bacon 200g pack (Now available at @Woolworths)
2 eggs
Cheese, grated or sliced
1 large tortilla
A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
A handful of spinach
👩🍳 STEP BY STEP:
Cook the Hot Honey Streaky Bacon in a pan to your liking, then set aside.
In the same pan, crack in the eggs and spread them out.
Scatter over the cheese, then lay the tortilla on top.
Add the cherry tomatoes, spinach and bacon to one half.
Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden and the cheese melts inside.
Slice and serve.
All in one go, no mess, no fuss. Trust me, this might just become your new favourite brekkie!
