Italian Chopped Salad

Ingredients

200 g D'Orsogna Premium Australian Ham off the Bone, sliced
200 g D'Orsogna Hungarian Salami, sliced
150 g D'Orsogna Pepperoni, sliced
1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1 Iceberg Lettuce head, chopped
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved

For the Dressing

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Garlic clove, minced
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Method

In a large salad bowl, combine diced ham, salami, pepperoni, kalamata olives, and chopped lettuce.

To make the dressing, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Sprinkle shaved Parmesan cheese on top of the salad.
