Sweet, smoky, spicy and insanely crispy. No surprise this bacon took home Gold at the Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards presented by AMIC.



🛒 INGREDIENTS:

  • Brioche buns

  • Mayo

  • Wagyu beef patties

  • Blue cheese wheel or slices

  • Caramelised onions

  • @dorsognasmallgoods Hot Honey Streaky Bacon 200g

  • Salt and pepper


👩‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP:

  1. Toast the brioche buns until golden.

  2. Cook the Wagyu beef patties and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Add the blue cheese and torch until melted and bubbling.

  4. Cook the Hot Honey Streaky Bacon until crispy and caramelised.

  5. Build your burger with mayo, patty, blue cheese, caramelised onions and bacon.

  6. Close it up and serve hot.
