WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • D’Orsogna Premium Boneless Leg Ham

  • Honey

  • Orange juice and zest

  • Dijon mustard

  • Brown sugar

  • Fresh rosemary


4 EASY STEPS

  1. Mix the honey, orange juice and zest, dijon mustard and brown sugar.

  2. Brush the glaze generously over the ham.

  3. Bake until warmed through, golden and caramelised, brushing with extra glaze during cooking.

  4. Garnish with fresh rosemary and orange slices before serving.
