Crispy Ham Egg Fried Rice

Midweek dinner sorted. Try this Crispy Ham Egg Fried Rice and impress everyone! Simple stuff done properly always wins.

🛒 INGREDIENTS:
120g @dorsognasmallgoods Premium Australian Jarrah Honey Ham off the Bone
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper
3 large spoons of cooked white rice
2 spring onions, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Splash of soy sauce
Crispy chilli oil, to serve
👩🍳 STEP-BY-STEP:
Add the chopped ham to a hot pan and cook until crispy around the edges. Remove and set aside.
Add olive oil to the same pan with the white part of the spring onions.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour into the pan, stirring gently.
Add the cooked rice and keep stirring so the egg coats the rice.
Bring the crispy ham back to the pan with a splash of soy sauce.
Add the green part of the spring onions and toss everything together.
Transfer to a bowl, flip onto a plate and finish with crispy chilli oil on top.
