Our Liverwurst is made from the finest ground pork, liver and beef, refined to delicious spreadable pate paste. Extremely popular in Europe and part of the D’Orsogna’s heritage. Liverwurst can be enjoyed on open sandwiches, great with mustard or pickles. This 150g sausage is available at Woolworths stores and selected local independents in WA.
