Since moving to Australia several years ago, Silvia has kneaded, beaten, rolled, chopped and pounded her way to an authentic Italian identity in her Sydney kitchen.
Silvia’s first cookbook, Silvia’s Cucino, was published in 2013, and her second book, Made in Italy with Silvia Colloca, was published in 2014, in conjunction with her debut SBS television series of the same name.
Cook like an Italian with Silvia Colloca has just begun its third season on SBS. The ten new episodes celebrate Italian-style home cooking using her unique and flavoursome recipes.
Silvia’s latest show on Channel 10, Silvia’s Master Class, brings cooking joy with easy, traditional recipes for home-cooks. Her kitchen wisdom is shared so everyone can enjoy the magic of simple, Italian home cooking starting February 2024.
